Construction process of the swimming pool ceramic tile
Waterproof and leveling
Pour water to check the leakage after accomplish the construction of swimming pool. Make sure quality of pool body meet requirements then process waterproof layer. The Flatness of the bottom and the wall of the pool are very important to ensure the flatness of the tile. Making level layer by the waterproof cement mortar to the bottom and the wall of the pool body twice. Leave enough space for the tile implement.
Measurement and mark
Checking the length of the pool before applying the tile to ensure final length after paste tiles is 50(25) meters. Marking start from the Centre of pool, longitudinal is divided by 50 units, each unit is 1m while transverse is divided by 10 units, each unit is 2.5m. If there is an error, the error needs to distribute to each units. The size of swimming pool special ceramic tile is 244mm*119mm. For 1m2, 32 tiles are needed. (Longitudinal 4 piece, transverse 8 piece, tiles joints 6 mm).
Height scale and sign
Applying the tile from the wall of both ends and determining the height scale error on both sides is less than ±2mm. The tile seam of both walls and the bottom must be straight, no alternate joint and no cutting tile (except for the slope of the pool wall on both sides). The lane mark line should be pasted with the dark blue pool tiles according to the rules of the game.
Tiling and filling seam
Special ceramic tile adhesives are adopted to paste ceramic tile. The recommended thickness of the adhesives is 6-8mm. The ceramic tile adhesive must be evenly coated. The tile seams are filled entirely with special ceramic tile adhesives, and the surface of the tile must be wiped cleanly.
